Eduardo Coles is a Technology Manager at Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP), an AI consulting and technology services company that builds and modernizes custom software, data engineering, and AI solutions for high-growth, product-driven organizations. Guided by the philosophy that people come first, then technology, he brings more than 16 years of experience spanning technical consulting, data-driven process improvement, and the deployment of production AI systems.
At GAP, Eduardo has designed and deployed multiple AI-powered solutions in production, applying the Human + AI model across recruiting, operations, and technology management. He also co-presented GAP’s AI-Driven Engineer Workshop, a company-wide initiative delivered to more than 100 engineers across Costa Rica and Colombia.
Eduardo holds a Master’s in Project Management from the University of International Cooperation and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Costa Rica. He also completed a MicroMasters in Leadership and Teamwork in Continuous Improvement Groups from the Universitat Politècnica de València, an AI For Business Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Professional Certificate in Transforming Data Analytics from the University of Maryland. He is PSM I certified and holds additional certifications in prompt engineering and LLM engineering.
Before his current role, he spent nearly a decade at GAP as Agile Delivery Manager, Project Lead, and Staff Software Engineer, leading large multicultural development teams across long-term client engagements. A Responsible AI advocate, he writes on agentic AI systems, LLM engineering, AI governance, workflow automation, and the practical deployment of AI within technology organizations.
