Now, there’s a demand for customer intelligence via AI for better marketing performance. An example of this is the Acxiom Health solution, the latest evolution in curated, data-driven healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences. 

SOLUTION & OUTCOME

GAP has worked with Acxiom since 2018. As part of the Acxiom Health technology group, GAP’s data science team has designed and built multiple Machine Learning models — based on demographic statistics and medical records — to help healthcare brands enhance the reach and precision of their marketing campaigns. 

With the help of advanced AI ML models on HIPAA-complaint health-related records, detailed data insights, and audience segmentation options, Acxiom Health’s audience quality outperforms the competition. By integrating generative AI techniques, Acxiom is able to create more personalized and predictive marketing strategies, aligning with Gartner’s and many others’ findings that GenAI is transforming business processes and customer engagement. GAP is also creating language models based on medical literature as a new way to further identify propensity audiences.
