Milagro Prado is the Vice President of Delivery at Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP), where she leads the team responsible for client advocacy, project delivery, and customer experience across GAP's global engagements. Known within GAP as Mila, she joined the company in 2023 and is based in San José, Costa Rica, where GAP operates one of its principal delivery centers.

Mila brings more than 20 years of experience in people management and delivery operations across digital agencies and technology environments. Her work centers on creating the conditions for consistently excellent client outcomes: the right processes, the right team dynamics, and a shared commitment to transparency and quality at every stage of a project. At GAP, she oversees delivery from start to finish, ensuring that clients receive the value, responsiveness, and technical excellence the company is built on.

Her professional approach combines structured process improvement with strong leadership. She brings applied expertise in project management, Lean methodology, and Six Sigma, and uses these frameworks to raise delivery quality, reduce inefficiencies, and build teams that perform reliably over the long term. Her career has spanned both delivery leadership and business operations across Latin American technology and digital agency environments.

Mila holds a degree in Economics and Business and studied at INCAE Business School, one of Latin America's top-ranked graduate business institutions. Outside of work, she is a devoted American football fan and a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers supporter.
