SOLUTION & OUTCOME
GAP created and hosted an interactive survey that showed how respondent’s answers compared to benchmarks from Mercer’s study. Upon completion of the survey, respondents would also be given a Thrive-o-Meter rating and recommendations for advancing their gender strategy. GAP also integrated with Mercer’s marketing automation system, giving Mercer valuable feedback as the survey was completed.
The project was so successful that Mercer incorporated the survey as an actionable component of its annual When Women Thrive conference.
