The company's team of Brand Ambassadors was using an ad hoc system of spreadsheets, emails, and check-ins for productivity measurement, which was inefficient and did not adequately measure key metrics. They needed a modern tool to more accurately measure productivity and give management timely access to critical data.

SOLUTION & OUTCOME

GAP developed a custom web app that significantly improved productivity measurement, goal tracking, and detailed reporting for the Brand Ambassador program. The app's mobile-friendly design allowed Ambassadors to log activities and track performance in real-time while visiting bars and restaurants, providing management with instant performance insights of the team and the program. This solution enabled clear tracking of performance, costs, and ROI for the first time since the program's inception​​.
