Getting started is easy. We apply our proprietary process — The GAP Success Sequence℠ — to ensure a successful launch of your team.

  • We start with a Technical Review, gaining a full understanding of your technology stack as well as the business application for the work to be performed.
  • We review any profiles you have developed for the position(s).
  • We select an engineer who meets the profile(s). The engineer may be engaged in another project; however, we use the interview to calibrate the position to ensure we focus on the correct area(s) of expertise.
  • After the calibration interview, we adjust the profile as needed and begin searching for the best engineer available, either internally or externally.
  • After candidates are reviewed by GAP for both technical and English proficiency, you are able to interview the candidate as a potential addition to your team.
