Julie Kreager is a solutions-oriented strategic operations and services executive with over 20 years leadership experience in high-growth aerospace and high-tech global corporations. She focuses on Management Consulting.

Julie has a strong record of expanding portfolios and market shares in fast-paced environments and competitive global industries. She has demonstrated success in increasing bottom-lines, streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Additionally, she has a proven track record of coordinating development of customized solutions that achieve and exceed both internal and client objectives.

Prior to joining Growth Acceleration Partners, Julie worked for Dell Inc., an information technology and services company headquartered in Round Rock, TX where she held various senior leadership positions during her ten-year tenure from 1998-2008. Julie spearheaded strategic program plans to evolve products and services into 21st-Century offerings. She analyzed quantitative, industry, and competitive market factors, built and managed high impact cross-functional teams. Julie earned her Six Sigma/Greenbelt for re-engineering Dell’s global order-management and customer-care processes resulting in improved customer purchase experience.

Before Dell, she served as Director of Contracts for BAE Systems (formerly Tracor Inc.) a major electronics business in Austin, TX, where she was responsible for management of new-business development, negotiating and managing contractual execution for both international and domestic business totaling a backlog exceeding $1B. Prior to joining BAE she served as an International New Business Development and Program Manager for Boeing in Mesa, AZ.

Julie is a founding member and was the Chief Financial Officer for Impact Austin Foundation, a grassroots non-profit philanthropic organization that combines annual donations from members and gives multiple grants of more than $100,000 to local, non-profit organizations. During her board tenure at Impact Austin, she co-led the development of a 3-year strategic plan that included SWOT analysis, and definition of goals and frameworks. She strengthened internal controls – segregating duty processes, budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, she maximized ROI while minimizing risks, maintaining liquidity and providing reserves for long-term liabilities by creating cash-investment polices and procedures.
